Still excited for Guns N’ Roses’ impossibly delayed magnum hocus? Well we’ve got something that’ll clear that up right quick. So, “Better” (which leaked long ago) is good and “I.R.S.” isn’t bad (unlike “Chinese Democracy”), but after well over a decade and a production budget that rivals developing nations’ GDP … doesn’t it all just seem anticlimactic.
